This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!

I've got a little time off from classes for the Holidays, so I'm working on some different techniques for forest scenes. I busted out a dark forest painting in hopes of creating a foggy and mysterious feel. I didn't quite capture it, so I tried a different approach. With several glaze like layers, I managed to be satisfied with my Golden Winter Pond painting. It reminds me of the area that we currently live in over here on the East Coast in Virginia. The winter here tends to be more wet, the grass is still green and we often get fog in the mornings and evenings. In the future I will be working with an airbrush as a method of getting a more realistic fog, but for the time being I'm going to move on to another forest challenge. I'm going to tackle snow. That's right. We aren't getting any around here, so I figured that I would paint some. The snow scene will complete this series for me, though I'm sure I'll come back to forest scenes in the future. They are so beautiful. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, Everyone!
